WE ACCEPT MOST MAJOR INSURANCES INCLUDING MEDICARE, MEDICAID AND
SOME MEDICAID MMA PLANS.
ALL MEDICAID PLANS INCLUDING MMA PLANS AS WELL AS HMO PLANS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM YOUR PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER PRIOR TO BEING SCHEDULED AT HIGHLANDS ADVANCED RHEUMATOLOGY AND ARTHRITIS CENTER.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLITY TO OBTAIN PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULED. ALL NEW PATIENTS MUST ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO FILL OUT PRE-APPOINTMENT PAPERWORK. ONLINE FORMS MAY ALSO BE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.
